She got up to retrieve him a drink, bringing it back a moment later, setting the glass down beside him and resting her hands between her knees. There was a comfortable silence between them, at least from Natasha's perspective, and she took the time to mull things over, to work out what had happened -- what was happening. It occurred to her no one even knew where she'd gone, at least not officially.
